Wanted to reach out to find out different techniques that gives your property the best results when it comes to force appreciation, also how do you know if you purchased a property “below market value” ? Hey team I have a quick question, so I found a great 4 plex to house hack in a C+ area only thing is the owner has to play the utilities, should I stay away from properties like this ? If so what will be some pros and cons when it comes to buying a property where the owner has to pay for the utilities in your opinion I hope you are all good, I appreciate you a lot .

@Patrick Echlin Hey Patrick yes I do plan on house hacking it ! Very hard to find 4 plexs in good areas though.
