Data source with "# of rooms" field

I'm looking for a data source that will let me filter on the number of rooms a property has. Listsource who i have used in the past had a "bedrooms" field, but not a "rooms" field.

Anyone have a recommendation for a data provider that uses this field?  I am looking for data for residential properties in AZ and CO with lots of rooms (but not necessarily bedrooms).
