upload lead list to a map then mouse cut a subset to download?

Hi Folks, I'm wanting to cull my downloaded lead lists by mapping them and using the mouse to cut out the areas I care about.  Google maps can upload a <500 address list but you can't manipulate the data set or download the cut out list.
