New real estate agent. Need help with marketing to investors.

I am a new real estate agent with a specific interest in working with

investors because of my personal interest in real estate investing and

my belief that it is really a great financial tool. I want to work with

investors to help find the right team and coach them through the

investing process, but I do not know where to find investors. I am not

sure how to market my skills. Have others run in to this process? How

have you marketed your services?
