Need help placing add on Postlets.com

I have tried many times to place a add at postlets.com
Their email help department must be out and will not respond. I fill everything out like it says then, I get a message that says "We need to verify the phone number associated with this postlet, but there seems to be an issue with the number you entered. I ever canceled the post and tried again with diffent numbers, but it still will not even try to call the number, it just keeps saying the same thing.
