Direct Mail Marketing Success

Happy Friday BP!

After deciding to focus on Buy and Hold deals, narrowing my search to 3 greater metro areas, of which I have lived and am familiar with, as well as analyzing numerous deals from the MLS and wholesalers, I have taken another step in my REI journey. I decided to use my criteria and buy an absentee owners list, in hopes if generating more leads.

I am wondering what direct mail service companies you recommend and what strategies are working for you? Are you using a postcard or letter? Including a picture of yourself, company logo, etc.? Has certain language worked better than others? What creative approaches have you used to stand out from the crowd?

I understand this be an iterative process and certain layouts are more attractive to some people more than others, but I am looking to understand what have you seen success using, including, and doing?

For direct mail I recommend REsimpli. Talk to @Sharad M.. They have many options for mailers, and even allow custom mail pieces. They can also pull lists for you and have a built in CRM with their website.
