Bad Addresses from Mailing List

I've been getting back a few of my letters each week with the yellow label from the post office that reads "Return to Sender - Not Deliverable as Addressed" or "Return to Sender - Attempted - Not Known".

For those of you who send out direct mail what are you doing to find the correct address?

Thanks,

Jason
