Contacting Motivated Sellers Through Facebook?
I've been attempting to contact a few property owners through cold calling and direct mail with no success. I have been able to locate them on Facebook and was considering contacting them that way. I know FB marketing is a great way to generate leads, but I wasn't too sure about directly contacting a property owner first.... My question is, has anyone else in the forums had success contacting sellers through Facebook? And if so, what would be the most kosher way to go about contacting them? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hey Chuck! I personally haven't done it, but a close friend of mine has and has had a lot of success. Just remember to approach these people kindly and think of how you can add value to them, otherwise your odds of succeeding with them is slim to none.
Just think about how you'd like to be approached by someone if you were in their shoes
