I am in need of a real estate mentor for wholesaling. Nationally and locally, I am starting out and want to leverage all advice that is provided, Thanks for the feedback in advance!

@Steve Morgan Steve I would suggest when posting in forums like this you need to offer your service to someone instead of asking them to mentor you. You have to bring something to the table otherwise you are like those relatives who show up late to Thanksgiving dinner and bring tupperware lol! I definitely think mentoring can be a fantastic way to gain hands on experience and learn a great deal in a short time, but you have to sell the mentor on WHY they should mentor you. You have to make it worthwhile for them.

Im always happy to answer specific questions or contribute to a conversation, but if you need someone to walk you through the entire process...you definitely need a mentor. And there has to be something in it for them for them to take the time to show you the ropes.

Everyone has something of value to offer, you just have to figure out what that is and bring it to the table.
