Changing the physical address

Has anyone changed the physical address of a house to another street? I have a house that has a huge drive way and both ends of the drive way are on another street then the houses address. The house has two front doors; one is looking toward the same street as the driveways but the “main” door is looking toward the street which the house carries. I want to change the address to the side street because the current address is a very busy road and weaves in and out of desired and undesired areas of town. What is the process? Did it actually make a difference in the value of the house? Thanks for the info
