In 2020 we averaged 4 deals a month. Seems like 2021 has slowed a lot with deal flow. We have our own marketing platforms and don’t use Whollesellers. Nothing on wholesellers, but there hasn’t been much room in their deals. Would love to see what others are thinking or experiencing so far in 2021?

I have an aggressive goal for 2021. I was averaging about 4 deals a month in 2020 and as we approach the end of the first quarter we fell well short of our goal. I’m looking to see if anyone has seen a flux of deal flow? We’ve stepped up our marketing budgets and still seem to be stuck in the sand. Has any one seem something similar across the US? I’m in the Midwest

Hello BP, what is the name of the IRS code that allows me to purchase a property from a seller but instead of paying up front I pay over time thus allowing the seller to avoid any change in their disability insurance or effect any kind of to government assistance? I can remember what it’s called.....?

@Wayne Brooks I actually checked with my county offices, Sedgwick KS, and it seems to make the switch it’s very simple. I just tell them which street I want to switch it too and they send someone out to verify and then they do all the leg work for you. They notify everyone and I get a letter stating all parties have been notified.

@Wayne Brooks Interesting. I think I saw it on one of those flip shows and it seems somewhat unrealistic. I like the post office advice. I’ll look into that thanks.
