Hey quick question I have my list of 300 people to start mailing too this weekend. They are absentee owners out of state, with at least 50% equity. I am going to Hand write these letters but my question is for the return address. Do i use my home address? or should I use my POBOX I use for my rental checks? First time doing direct mail. My letter will be short like 3 sentences, Dear (Name), I buy houses in your area and I am interested in yours at (address). If you have any interested in selling your house you can call me back at (Number)

Thanks John

Should that be it? Or should I go towards I can pay cash type letter even if I can't I would want to wholesale it, but would like more time then 7 days to find my buyer.. maybe like 30 days or so. thanks
