lead list vs assessor info
I purchased my first list of leads for a yellow letter mailing. The leads have only the last name. I've been running them all through the county assessor to get first names and verify things. If the owner listed on the assessor site is a company, am I too late? Also, if the assessor site has a different mailing address than the property, which one should I use?

You mail to wherever the tax bill is mailed, which is usually the mailing address.
I'm not sure I follow your other questions but I will see if I can answer them.
If the house is held in a company name then either mail the company or look up to see who owns the company.
For the owner, I would use whatever name is on the assessor page or the deed. Hopefully they are the same.
Also I would get a new lead source, they provide you with first names.
