Locating Off Market Companies with Listings

Hello BP Members,

If anyone has a means of locating companies with off market real estate property listings for sale in Illinois (Chicagoland counties) and Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area counties), please let me know.

I have a few, but I know I haven't tapped into this market in the least bit. I am looking for new investments.
