Please share your reasoning for investing in single family homes vs apartment buildings.

This is a new venture for me so any help is appreciated...

How are you all going about finding rental comps for your short term/vacation rentals?

I’m looking at renting to traveling nurses, but generally how are you researching comparable rates so you know you’re priced right?

Anyone here familiar and care to explain first lien HELOCs?

- How to convert to this vehicle from a mortgage?

- How to qualify and locate lenders who’ll complete the conversion?

I heard about this but it appears some people have no idea and others are savvy. Seems to be the most efficient way to pay off debt
