Im looking to send out my first mailing next week - do you all use a different phone number for each mail piece?  If so do you use google voice?  I tried adding a second number to my google voice and now it says theres no more San Antonio numbers.  I read about call fire in one of the posts but they want $10 per line per month and then they also charge per minute - any advise is welcomed.

Best,

JD

John De La Garza we use a different number if we’re testing out different campaigns. We like a service called CallRail. It’s $30/mo for 10 numbers. The best part is that it records each call so you can answer even if you’re by a pen and paper and go back later to take notes

Great info - Thank you @Jonatan Barbera!
