2 Questions about Letters & Door Hangers?

Mail out 50 - 100 new letters a week to probate, evictions, absentee owners, vacant houses, and or condemned properties.

Distribute 250 - 500 door hangers to targeted neighborhoods.

Is there a way to reach the same amount of people weekly/contacts but cheaper? Maybe a different avanue but accomplishing the same thing.

Nope. Well, if you want cheaper, it will take more time.
Find the vacant houses, write the addresses down, and track down the owners (tax records, google, whitepages.com, etc)

It costs you no money but your time chasing down the folks.
I did a few deals when I first started this way...
