Hello everyone! My mother in law has a house she has for sale in the center of town in Cherry Hill, NJ it’s been vacant for some time and is for sale. It’s being rezoned as mixed use and would be a prime spot for a small commercial office. I myself am down in NC but would like to chat with an investor up in that area.
