Looking for my first deal

hello everyone ! So , I am a new wholesaler here in the Panama City , FL area. I am trying everyday to get my first couple deals .

I was wondering what marketing streams works best for y’all ? Bandit signs , Craigslist, direct mail, ppc , etc.

Also, what is the best way to contact owners of pre foreclosures, and vacant properties? I search on the public records for the names , and then use whitepages for the phone number. But , not having luck in it being the right number for them....

I don't know what marketing streams work best in Panama City, but be have a lot of success from direct mail. That is our bread and butter, but we also do some cold calling on the phones. I know other people that do door knocking on some of those pre foreclosure houses with some success.

You can skip trace phone numbers and we find the numbers are pretty good.
