Post: Documents Required to Wholesale a Realtor listed home

Good morning everyone!

I am looking at a house this morning, and am prepared to make an offer. This home is listed by a realtor, and was posted a few hours ago. IF, I can get them to agree on a wholesale price, what documents would be required for me to assign the contract down the road. Are standard realtor purchase agreements assignable? Any insight on this would be helpful! Thank you

@Vick Galu yea, I mainly cold call as of now . Absentee , and code violations as well
Has anyone purchased a pre foreclosure list from list source, and marketed to it ? I plan to purchase , skip trace, and cold call all of the properties.

Hey everyone ! I am looking for a new list to cold call, and was curious if anyone has had success with a pre foreclosure list from listsource? Let me know what you think , thank you .
Cold calling on steroids is $1000 vs TTP which is almost $5,000. Has anyone taken either course ? If so, what are your opinions and would you recommend...

Hello everyone ! I am looking for my next rehab in Panama City and surrounding areas!

I am mainly looking for single family homes, however , if you have multi families , send them my way !!

I don’t have a specific price point , if the numbers make sense, I’ll make it work.

Any questions , feel free to message me or reply . Thanks everyone ! Look forward to doing some business with ya

Thank you so much ! I did get ahold of their support and they told me the same thing. This helps a ton . Thank you again

Happy Easter everyone! I purchased my first absentee owner list from listsource a couple days ago. With my criteria it came up with 6000 properties. I decided to just buy 300... I saved the list for future use. Well, today, i figured i'd go ahead and purchase another 500 from that list of 6000. Is there any way, to make sure I don't get the same properties I already purchased. I don't want to spend $100 and have 100 of the properties be ones I have already purchased... I did the "purchase partial list", and the "only ______ leads" option. Thanks!
