Direct Mail Budget / Deals

I am starting a direct mail campain for wholesaling. I plan on mailing the yellow letter to absentee owners. I was was wondering how many letters do you you mail monthly and how many deals closed average?

My other question was on the mailing list Age purchased should be from what year range?? (I am looking for deals with equity. Thank you !!!
