What are you using for a CRM?

Hi BP folks! I'm desperately trying to find an adequate CRM for our REI business. I need something that will import call and web leads and has a type of automated followup text and email system. It'd be great if it could also send out and respond to offers. I've looked at Podio and Investorfuse.

I'd love to know what you are using?  Why did you choose it and does it work like you want it to work?
