REAL ESTATE INVESTOR SEEKS TRAINEE

I came across a sign that read, "Real estate Investor seeks trainee, earn 5k/10k a month while training."

I'm going to call, but before I did I wanted to ask if anyone else has come across these signs, and what happened when you called?

Also, have any of you more experienced investors used a sign like this to recruit a trainee?

Taylor Nunn It’s a company called Renatus, and it’s a perfect example of a pyramid scheme. It’s not really multi level marketing, although they like to call it that since MLM is legal and a pyramid scheme is not. Flow of money goes to very few at the top, and you will spend 20k on expensive education that is all free here on BP and your local REIA group.

The people that are making income this way, by prospecting new clients and not actually investing in real estate, will eventually lose all of their income when the company inevitably gets shut down. It’s unfortunate. There are, however, some people in these groups that invest together in flips and are actually out there doing it. But there are certainly better ways to get networked!
