About 2 months ago I purchased a list of 700 leads from list source. If I were to purchase the same criteria and list type from list source again would there be duplicates? Like would I just be purchasing the same 700 leads or would list source provide a new list?

@Jose Castillo

If you use the same search criteria you will get the names of the current owners again. So if anyone sold & the assessor database was updated, THAT is the owner name you will receive.

List Source is a scaled down product that Core Logic offers that is easier to use for most folks since does not have all the possible search criteria.

Their "mack daddy" is RealQuest Pro. Over 100 search attributes and over 145 million properties. It's better and cheaper than going to the county directly.

AND -- (yes it gets better) -- you can get if for $100/month (less than half price) via "ownersdata".

You really need to check that out.
