Broker/Agent Mailing List - Best Source?

What is the best source to get a list of real estate brokers and/or agents in California? The criteria for the list is simply that they are working brokers and/or agents. I'm not interested in the property they own.

The goal is to send direct mail to these people for a specific business purpose.

Can someone please provide insight into good lists or bad lists they've heard about or had experience with?
