@Brian Bradley Spot on, Brian. I've figured out the answer to my questions through other routes. I find it's always good to ask questions on BP because you might get a relevant answer. Because this is a free forum, a lot of people don't give relevant responses, feel like adding their 2 cents, or just want to comment. BP can be frustrating.

But if you keep searching for your answers, you'll find them. Just as you mentioned, Brian. Best of luck on getting started in the note space. It's a great business!

@Nathan Platter good suggestion. I decided to go that route after I posted and someone got the job done for me. From start to finish took about 1 hour. Crazy how fast it worked out.

I need to look at a property in another state. I used to use WeGoLook but I guess they decided to not offer property inspection service any more. Does anyone have a recommendation of any alternate services similar to WeGoLook?

I am aware of getting an agent to take pictures for me. I do not want to do that. Any other suggestions are welcome.

I'm trying to find out how much houses in Northern California were purchased for at auction at the end of the foreclosure process.

Does anyone know where I can find that info? Can someone point me in the right direction of which resource I can use to find that info?

@Bob Derwin, what are some providers that sell these types of lists?

What success levels & rejection percentages have you experienced with these types of lists?
