Automation Tools & Organization

Hey Everyone! I am brand new to the BP community, I have been tuning into the podcasts for awhile but am just now getting additionally involved. I work with an investment group in San Diego, CA as an acquisitions agent for fix and flips. I am also involved with buying retail homes because of my company owning a lot of inventory in a low inventory market.

My question today revolves around organization and follow up. There are a lot of great automation tools that can help organize and continually touch a database. Our company uses salesforce for very basic CRM purposes, but I am looking for something to help me stay in front of leads and have a nurturing and follow up system so that I can focus on closing deals that are more time sensitive in nature, but not forget about possible future deals.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a program that wont break the bank, but can send drip campaign emails, texts, voicemails, and can categorize contacts, etc that is cost effective as I ramp up my business?

Thank you!

Mark
