Hey guys! I have buyers for Southwest Houston and Humble, TX but haven't been able to find any homes! Any tips on finding homes outside the traditional MLS, Zillow, Craigslist, and Bandit sign way?

Southwest Houston: 4 bd.+ 2.5+ good move-in condition under 100k (up to 110k) no ARV req., pure cash buy, prim. res.

Humble, Tx: 77336 (pref.), 77532, 77346 (under 100k) (up to 110k) 70% ARV purchase, refi out for buy & hold

There's no shortage of buyers. That's the easy part. I wouldn't waste another minute finding buyers, 99% of real estate investing is finding deals. This takes time, effort, experience, and money.

Unless of course you're selling a guru course, then deals are falling from the sky.
