finding partner in WNCarolina and Upstate SC help do deals

I have some off market properties that I would like to make offers on and I need a partner to work with me to help me close them.  I will do all the leg work.  These properties are in Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina.  If any one is interested and is seasoned in investing please let me know.  Thanks Paul Coin
