Hey Folks,  I want to get the phone numbers of folks who are landlords and for sale by owners so I can call them.  I can do this on craigslist but many times they only give an email address.  Is there a quick and better way to do this? Any ideas on other sources,  ect.   Thanks Paul Coin

thanks so much for the responses.  My broker says that the challenge is that the lender will have to find another property with two similar homes to compare it to or they will reject making the loan.

I am looking at two homes on one piece of land.  How can this be financed?  One of homes is rented the other is vacant.  Thanks in advance.

Folks I just tried to do my first We buy houses quick on Craigslist and they keep saying that I am posting to rapidly.  This is my first post.  Does anyone know what is up with that.  Thanks in advance.  Paul

Folks I have been doing some marketing for properties and have found four or five people who need to sell.  How can I find an investor who would be willing to analyze and make an offer on these homes and if they close the deal give me a finders fee and then allow me to follow them through the deal to learn how it is done.  Thanks in advance for any help.  Paul

thanks Josh I did check my Realitors numbers against recently sold and he seems low.  Also I have had contractors out to look at the property and that is where I got my renovation numbers.  I didnt factor a carrying cost because I was going to live in the property.  Thanks in advance for any ideas.
