Looking for a property in Kitsap County WA

Hi bigger pocket members!  Currenty my family and I  were notified by our apartment building that we have to move out by the end of this month(March 31st, 2017).  We are looking for a lease to own, seller finance deal in Kitsap county, WA or Pierce County on this side of the narrows bridge.  

Anyone out there has a lead please message me.  We are open to anything with 3 bedrooms or more even possibly moving into a duplex or multiplex and renting out other units to offset living costs. Fixer upper is ok, terms if seller wants full price.
