Surely everyone who is either with a turnkey or management company will naturally suggest their own company and that is expected. Though I am in the same situation I am going to suggest a different company, you should check out CB Properties which is owned by @alex craig who is a bp member and tk provider. I like them Bc they are one of only two companies that focus on a tenant lease longer then the standard 12 months which to me is a failed model. They get 18 month leases 100% of the time. 

They manage about 18 of my personal homes.
