I was wondering what a fair cost is for installation of an hvac system for my new duplex I just purchased in New Orleans. It's a 1350 sq ft duplex. Thinking about having two 1.5 tons installed with insulation in the attic and below the home.

Hey everyone. I'm moving to NOLA soon and am looking to purchase a multi family home around the garden district, Milan, west riverside areas. Since I'm new to LA, I wanted to ask those who are experienced in these markets how it is. What are somethings that I should watch out for. Are there any laws or regulations that make it a less attractive place to have a rental property? Any general advice would be greatly appreciated!! Cam
