Working with limited funds. Do I do direct mail or pay for a site
Hello Fellow BP Partners,
I am getting ready to set my budget and get my toes wet with wholesaling. I have listed to several podcasts and on average investors tend to spend a hefty amount on direct mail marketing. Well I am going to start out small due to limited funds. My question is, should I spend at least #100.00 on direct mail marketing every month or should I use this $100.00 to pay for 3 websites? The websites will be a general website, seller website and a buyer lead generting website? What are your thoughts? I think I know which way I am going to do but I want some feedback and bounce some ideas of the investors.
Thank you in advance,
Tiauna

Direct mail. Get that first deal and plow the proceeds back into building your business. Increase the number of mailings you send and add websites when you can afford them.
Good luck and keep us posted!
