So my short term goal is to invest in rental properties then work my way up to wholesaling and flipping houses for profits? Can anyone recommend their TOP RE investing books for beginners?

Looking for more of a step by step guide (blueprint) for starting out.

Why not start with the podcasts available here on bigger Pockets? Plus these forums here are amazing treasure troves of information. Start there. I am sure someone on here will give you a book as reference, but those are free places with unbiased information.

best of luck out there @Rickey Wiley
