Does anyone have any experience with Fund and Grow?? I'm looking to get set up but don't really know how "business credit" works. Almost sounds too good to be true.

I'm needing help funding my next investment property. I currently own 3 properties (all duplexes). I don't have much equity in my primary residence, but I have est. 100k in one of the duplexes I own. Are there any banks that will allow me to do a heloc for a duplex as an investment property? I only buy small multi-family and at this point my issue is getting the financing for the next property. If that isn't possible what is the best option for me? I'd love any advice

I'm looking for the best site and/or app that allows my potential tenants to fill out a rental application, provide screening, etc.. I'm trying to make the process of finding new renters more cost effective. Any suggestions?

My name is Rickey. I've been aggressively saving. In the past 3 years, I have been blessed to accumulate a small portfolio of multi-family properties (3 duplexes) and 1 single family town home that has produced me consistent cash flow in excess of my lifestyle expenses. My goal is to achieve complete financial independence through real estate and obtain enough property to build my net worth in the most rapid way possible. All of my properties have been in the Dallas-Fort Worth area which has been a great location for me. I'd like to continue to invest here. At this point with my foot in the door and properties that I own so far, I am ready and driven to jump into the large multi-family crowd and invest in my very 1st apartment building. I was thinking to start out with an 11-20 unit Apartment and work my way up as I continue to invest and learn more about the industry. Most of the large lumps of cash has been exhausted in the properties I currently own so at the time of this writing I have just around $20,000. I've been doing my research on ways to obtain the capital and utilize a syndication for my 1st deal. My lack of knowledge & network in this area has driven me to express my intentions to the world and do WHATEVER it takes to accomplish this goal. My 1st step will be to look for mentorship? Once I have that accomplished I will begin the next step in analyzing deals & obtaining investors to partner with and raise the capital to purchase my 1st apartment building. I'd like some help to get started with a mentor and form the relationships I need to continue on my path. Let's get coffee/lunch (I'll pay) :) I will provide all that I have of value to help us all win. Please reach out to me. Any and all responses will be of much gratitude. - Thank You
