Anyone have a favorite website with good deals on postcards and mailing? Also, do you prefer to send the postcards yourself or to give the web company your list and have them mail it directly? Looking to do my first mass mailer. Thanks for any advice!

Yellow Letters works. But then again, just about any list will work when worked properly. Have variety in the lists you us. Don't sit and camp and the same two lists forever.

Yellow letters do work but are they the most effective product you can use?  Probably not.  This is based on the fact that most investors use them and that you likely won't stand out from your competition.  Look for a provider that offers quality, unique mail pieces to not only get you notices but also to have your prospect remember you.  I changed over to this type of mailer a few years ago and my results have increased substantially.

Hello @Account Closed! Welcome to BP!

I would recommend a quick search in the search bar. There are a number of us here on BP. I've seen forums that discuss the finer details of each company. Including the minimum number per order, quality of the products, and some users have posted their response rates.

Good luck!
