Good evening BP investors, my name is Carlos Rodrigues and I'm a new real estate agent and I have a question regarding Out of the Country Investors. So I have this client who knows someone who doesn't live and isn't a US citizen but wants to invest in Real Estate here in the USA, possible NJ and or PA area. Could this be done (legally), if so how?
