Talking to Realtor with no Credit/Capital
Hey all, had a quick question regarding getting involved with a realtor to supply leads from the MLS. I'm 18 right now, with no credit and very little capital. I have a few close friends and family that will possibly act as a supply of capital, but nothing set in stone yet. I want to start building a relationship with a realtor, but with no concrete assurance that i'll be able to act on a deal, I'm hesitant to talk with one. I don't want to be wasting there time and energy. Any advice?
