Frame Hose for rent in Fort Lauderdale

Hi Everybody,

We own and manage some properties (CBS construction) in South Florida, right now we are negotiation a short sale on Fort Lauderdale, but this SFH is a Fame house, it does not need a lot of repairs (around 2k to 3k) and the our offers was accepted on the 75% of the ARV,

We have never deal with a Frame house for rent on Florida,  Could you let me know what you think about this deal please?
