I had three bedrooms and a den done for $120. It didn't take them long at all.

I have a property with an old brick retaining wall that just does not look appealing. It's still structurally fine, but it's ugly and I want to make it look better. Can I cover it with some sort of stucco product or concrete type product? I'd perfer something that I can trowel on with a tint so that there's no need to paint. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Yes, go to each agency website and search. Sign up and they will send you emails with properties in your area.

We purchased a beach front condo at an IRS auction over a year ago. We got a really good deal and while 6 people showed up for the auction only one other person bid. We have been very pleased with our purchase, but had to wait 180 days for the owners right of redemption period. That was the only negative I saw.

Thanks for all the advice. I purchased my domain name from Godaddy.com and have started to set up my website at Weebly. I'll be sure to post it in my siggy when it's done. Thanks again.

I'm actually a designer and have worked in the commercial field for 15 years. I have been rehabbing homes for the past few years and I think that my design background does help. I am with you that open spaces and neutral colors are best, but I do think I have an edge over some others in my area. I think I have a great hand on using materials to create a high end look at lower prices and I also think that I have an "in" for what most house hunters are looking for. I will also say that they are many rehabbers out there who just have a natural knack for these things and I love to see what others do. I would love to figure out a way to market myself to investors to make a little cash on the side or perhaps even trade services. I have offered my services for as little as $50 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.

Congrats on selling your properties. This market has been challenging and I know that many of use are learning new lessons from it. Your photos are great. I love to see what others are doing. Thanks for sharing.

I'm actually looking for some place that I can do some blogging and post photos of my projects. I know I will need to add more options in the future, but that is where I want to start. My reasons are to keep myself motivated and to share with others what I am doing. I also want to have some place to send people who may invest in my business or may partner on a project so that they can see more about me and pictures of what I have done. Thank you.
