What it takes to dominate my market ?

Hi everyone,

I've be investing full time for the past 4 years and I've been doing good. I'm in a 3.5 million population area. Lately there's been more and more competition in my marketplace. As a result, I've had less results this years. 

So here's my question: What do you think it would takes, what would I have to improve to be able to dominate my marketplace ?!? 

Should I send more lettres and if so what should be my target ?!?

Should I do more follow up with a second letter/postcard ?!?

Should I build a better site (SEO, Blog, facebook page, etc...) ?!?

Should I spread the word at REI club ?!?

Should I do poster, T-shirt, flyer ?!?

What do you think would give me the best result (ROI) based on your experience and by that I mean what would be the first think you would put your focus on that would have the biggest impact on my business ?

I would love to have your comments and idea, I'm sure it could also help other people that might have the same questions.
