Should skip tracing be done from over seas to keep cost down or no ?

I have a current wholesaling friend who sent me 2 multi-million dollar properties back in my native home Hawaii, who,what,and how would I go about marketing this properties to the right buyers ?

Hey Vick , well I'm originally from Oahu and now currently live in Vegas . As for marketing Michael Borger is right with the marketing budget for say . He has probably been doing it for a while (investing) but I would like to say that it's all the same as far as how you aquire  property with no money down (flipping homes ) with other peoples money .Also I like point out that Michael made a good point as far as target areas on the island . I've been there for 38 yrs and now am in Vegas for 3 yrs . So I kinda would like to say I know the areas of the island . What is your capacity  for starting out ? Do you have a budget in place for marketing or is it on a shoe string , its ok you can still market with little money . Do you have buyers lined up ? That would be a good place to start. I suggest getting Kent Clothier reverse wholesaling book its got tons of info in there. I would say to just get out there and do it , it's always that first deal to get over once that happens it will get easier like really . Get your numbers down , target your area if interest, find out what your buyers want  / price they are willing to pay , area , how soon can they close etc,etc put that together oh and make sure you have an exit strategy for every deal you structure . (DO YOUR HOME WORK) . One thing I never do is putting the money in front of my/your business, this business is all about client relationship ,building relationship and marketing , don't let the money get in the way of your relationship with the network of investors , they are your best friends and answers to things you don't understand or they can also be very significant help to grow your business . To say this is a client , network relationship business .Build your client/relationship/network  list find out what they want , get it done and you will have won there business.  Happy investing in the 808 , God Bless

Aloha Michael , thanks for such a timely response , well my wife and I are looking to possibly try get some under contract there in the islands , for we are now residing in vegas and  have been wholesaling homes out here for about 4 Mos . We would like to flip some homes out there . Would you know where the target areas are on the islands and is it possible for my wife and I to build a possible contact (you) as a partner or buyer client when we start to submit offers and right up contracts ? Would love to hear your expertise in the market of Hawaii and would totally like to learn more . Hope to hear from you soon.

Being that the price value of the homes in Hawaii are so high,  are there any deals out there and if yes , is there any private investors out there that want yo connect ? Hello there BP, question for anyone who has flip a property off the MLS ? How do i lock up the contract with the realtor and what would be the best exit strategy ? 2nd q; can i do a double close with a property with the property that comes off of the MLS ?
