Lease/Option Round Robins
So I'm working on closing another Sub2 deal and was thinking about using a Round Robin system this time to see if I can increase my option and lease amount....
Has anyone done a Round Robin?
any helps/tips would be helpful.
My ideas are Running ads on CL, newspaper, bandit signs in the area and calling all the realtors on my list informing them.
My understanding is that you have a bid sheet out for them to bid on, I'm thinking items to include are Name, Number, Option amount and Lease amount?
I'd like to see if I can't use this system to increase and capitalize on both and wanted some insight from investors that have 'actually' used the Round Robin system successfully......
