Z Buyer
Does anyone have experience with Z Buyer? Do they provide high quality leads?

@Robert Burns I worked for a brokerage that used Zbuyer, we had good success with it. Mostly you will like any marketing, lots of tire kickers. What I like to use is the following:
"Mr Seller, If we can pay you a price agreeable to you and close in the least amount of time, would you accept an offer through my company?" 7/10 they will say yes, if so, proceed to gather information, then find out reason for selling!
