Hey there... Quick question.

When sending direct mail for property... Are you sending a yellow letter and then post card to the same list?  What seems to be the most efficient strategies/lists/combination for you?

Linda... I believe it is pretty much nationwide.  Some areas have better records than others... But you can call Rebogateway and they will give you honest feedback.

Curious if anyone has any recent experience with Rebogateway?  I am familiar with Listsource but was intrigued by paying a flat fee for Rebo with unlimited downloads... If anyone has any input on their favorite way to create lists, that would be much appreciated.  Thank in advance!
