Please review my ad / form process, why no leads?

I've been posting 2 or 3 ads each day for 3 days now and I still don't have any leads. Here are my ads that I posted on craigslist:

Can you guys review this process and tell me what I may be doing wrong? Would it be more effective to send them to this page instead?

how long have you been posting them?

I actually like yours a little better than mine, Try to shorten it up..

Also what sections do you advertise in?

I advertise in the rentals (b/c soon to be foreclosed homeowners are now looking for a rental)

real estate wanted
fsbo
housing swap
sublets/temporary
real estate services

I'm not sure your doing anything wrong, just keep at it. You only need to close 1 deal to make a lot of money right?
