Cold Calling Leads
I have some vacant houses that I found the phone number of the owner, and Im wondering what tips and techniques you all use/have for cold calling.

I love cold calling.
when I cold call, I say " I want to buy your house!" they either say yes or no
depending on their answer I either keep talking or they quickly hear a dial tone....
if you want I'll cold call them on the phone while you listen, it's not as scary as you think.....
