Seeking advise for yard signs!!!!!

Good afternoon investors! I'm looking for advice when it comes to cheap marketing. I'm very busy because of school so I want to try yard signs. Does anyone know what the most effective way of using them is? What I mean is what are the best areas with high traffic, best way to get them seen and converted to phone calls. I'd also like to know about any laws in place for yard signs. What message on the signs would be the most effective? Thanks for the suggestions in advance! Israel Ramirez
