What should I do with returned mail pieces?

Hello everyone, I got my first pieces of returned mail today in my PO box and I'm wondering what I should go with those specific addresses on my spreadsheet. Do I just cross them out and be done with them? Or is there something that people usually do with them? Thank you very much.

Those are GOLD. Think of it this way: every other investor who has sent them a letter has also gotten a bounceback, which means they have never been touched!

Be the one who does the extra legwork and finds where they live. Go the extrta mile to find these folks, it'll pay off.

@Benjamin BlackburnYou now know the address is bad. Take them off your mailing list. Try googling them see if they come up on facebook linkedin or any other social media. If this doesnt work and your sure its a deal worth pursuing you could pay a skip tracer.

I agree with @Troy Gravett. This is an opportunity to find a deal where you are not competing with other investors. We all know that most people we mail to are also receiving mail from other investors, so to find one that has not been exposed to REI marketing is extremely valuable.
